Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order, destination, carrier, and selected shipping service.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of Rebel Blades’ direct control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Rebel Blades is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package arrives visibly damaged, please retain the packaging and contact us promptly with photographs so we can determine the appropriate next steps.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier first. Rebel Blades will assist with reasonable carrier claims when appropriate but cannot guarantee reimbursement when a carrier confirms successful delivery.
